台灣職籃P.League+聯盟即將迎來第三季賽事，14日聯盟舉辦2022-23賽季的開季記者會，除了宣布新球季主視覺和新口號，也公布幾項賽務規章細則的調整，變動最大就是洋將月薪上限的提高，犯規累計次數的改動，以及最低罰款金額的調整。

PLG邁入第3個球季，為了維持賽事的高品質，聯盟官方每年都會針對規章進行調整，14日開季記者會上也公布部分修改的細則，其中洋將的最高月薪將從原本的3萬美元（約96萬新台幣）提升到4萬美元（約128萬新台幣），每隊洋將也正式可以註冊3人，不再是疫情時期的「2+1」，此外為提升公平性，洋將禁賽將是「禁人」而非「人次」。

而由於今年球季例行賽場次暴增到120場，每隊將進行40場例行賽，關於球員個人的特殊犯規的禁賽與罰款累計門檻，也將從累積6次提升至累積8次，然而各類型的最低罰款金額也由原本的5000元調整到1萬5000元。
